Dividend Policy
The Company has a policy to pay dividends at a rate of not less than forty (40) percent of the net profit according to the separate financial statements after deducting corporate income tax and all legal reserves. However, the dividend payment is subject to change depending on the operating performance, financial position, liquidity, investment plans, and future business expansion.
