Intent and Definitions
The Company is committed to maintaining the balance of the ecosystem and to becoming a leader in reducing greenhouse gas emissions (Greenhouse Gas) by supporting the management of the organization's carbon footprint (Carbon Footprint) in order to assess and reduce the amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions from business operations.
Guidelines for Promoting Greenhouse Gas Reduction Activities (8 Measures)
- Promote and support activities to increase energy efficiency and the value-conscious use of natural resources.
- Activities to promote and support alternative energy, renewable energy, and clean energy.
- Activities to manage paper and reuse it.
- Activities to increase greenhouse gas absorption areas and reforestation.
- Activities to separate waste and dispose of waste correctly according to academic principles.
- Strictly scheduling the switching on and off of office lights.
- Activities to unplug electrical appliances after they are no longer in use.
- Encouraging employees to commute to work by electric train and public transport.
Governance and Responsible Persons
- Chief Executive Officer: Responsible for setting policy, providing recommendations, and monitoring and overseeing employees' work to ensure compliance with the policy.
- Quality Assurance Officer: Responsible for overseeing operations and reporting to management.
