EMPIRE Appoints "Satawat Setthakorn" as CSO to Strengthen Its Team

Setting a strategy to build a New S-Curve and create long-term value

EMPIRE strengthens its strategic management team by appointing "Satawat Setthakorn" as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), reinforcing the management team as it accelerates business restructuring while enhancing growth potential. The Company is driving a New S-Curve to support next-generation growth, highlighting the strengths of its technology solutions and partner collaboration to elevate competitiveness, support revenue growth and profitability, and reaffirm its corporate goal of building a strong organization that creates long-term value.

Ms. Watcharaporn Suwinchai, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Global Empire Public Company Limited, or EMPIRE, revealed that the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Satawat Setthakorn as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), reflecting the importance placed on strongly developing the organization through a new business structure, as well as offering comprehensive products and services to strategically enhance the business potential of customers and partners. The Company is confident that this will create a significant New S-Curve, enhancing competitiveness and driving the Company's sustainable growth. This management structure supports internal administration while adding service value through precisely designed service solutions.

"The Company has confidence in the potential of its organization and partners to develop products, business solutions, and technologies that create real added value. At the same time, strengthening the team with an executive who has expertise in strategy and diverse experience in developing business structures — and whose vision aligns with the organization's new direction — will be a key driving force in elevating EMPIRE to grow strongly, both in revenue and in profitability, and in building toward becoming an organization that creates long-term value," Ms. Watcharaporn said.

The role of the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will serve as a hub connecting the strategies of every business unit — from participating in analyzing structural problems and co-designing new business models to building collaboration with partners — so that the organization is driven in a unified direction across the entire system.

Mr. Satawat Setthakorn is an executive with expertise in strategy and systematic organizational development, with experience working alongside executives, entrepreneurs, and leading experts across a wide range of industries. He is also a former co-founder and manager of the "CEO IDOL" project, a national business-leader development platform, giving him deep insight into developing business and organizational structures in line with a rapidly changing economic context.

In addition, his experience in strategic management within the entertainment industry reflects his expertise in business strategy and communications, with an emphasis on setting the organization's direction and results in a step-by-step manner and on establishing a clear identity as a guide for the organization's growth direction, as well as on effective communication suited to every industry, and on developing service models that match customer needs to enhance competitive advantage.

"I am delighted and truly honored to join EMPIRE during this significant period of transition. The role of strategy will contribute to analyzing strengths and opportunities in order to set the structural direction of the entire organization, with an emphasis on management principles and on communication that covers both internal and external audiences, creating distinctiveness and expanding business opportunities, as well as enhancing profitability with products or services that are strategically designed to meet the needs of high-margin business groups — in order to help EMPIRE grow in both revenue and profit, with a structure and operating model suited to every industry and a strong identity at the same time," Mr. Satawat added.
