EMPIRE Accelerates in Q2/2026, Reaffirming Its Vision
Joining forces with partners to build high-margin businesses and comprehensive technology infrastructure
For the second quarter of 2026, EMPIRE reaffirms its vision of "Maximizing Asset Yield Through Integrated Innovation," joining hands with strategic partners to build a business ecosystem and drive comprehensive technology infrastructure and solution management, adding long-term value to the organization. For Q1/2026, revenue stood at THB 59.70 million with a loss of THB 62.94 million, as the Company enters a significant period of structural business transition. It highlighted its in-depth cost-management capability, reducing selling and administrative expenses by 25.04%, reflecting strong financial discipline and reaffirming good governance and transparency to build long-term investor confidence.
Ms. Watcharaporn Suwinchai, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Global Empire Public Company Limited, or EMPIRE, revealed the Company's business direction for the second quarter of 2026: it is moving ahead to adjust its management strategy under the vision "Maximizing Asset Yield Through Integrated Innovation," building a business ecosystem through collaboration with strategic partners and focusing on using existing resources for maximum efficiency under clear investment criteria, in order to create technology products and solution services that address customers' problems precisely, and to advance toward technology infrastructure that drives strong growth amid a digital economy with high growth potential.
At the same time, the Company continues to implement its plan to address problems that still have an impact, while restructuring its management and focusing on investing in high-potential businesses that can generate recurring income streams and strong profitability, driven by comprehensive technology to add long-term value to the organization — adhering to strict good-governance management principles and continuously building the confidence of all stakeholders.
For its Q1/2026 operating results, the Company reported total revenue of THB 59.70 million and a net loss of THB 62.94 million, with operating expenses of THB 66.66 million, increasing due to a provision for expected credit losses of THB 25.53 million — an accounting item under the principle of prudence that does not affect cash flow. These results reflect the Company's entry into a period of business-structure transition. Nevertheless, the Company was still able to manage costs efficiently, reducing selling and administrative expenses by 25.04% compared with the previous year, reflecting improved financial discipline and systematic expense control to support a recovery in profitability in the next phase.
The Company has received an EBITDA guarantee from the management of Technology Intelligence Company Limited, or TI, and the DRJ group of companies for a period of two years, which serves as an important mechanism for managing performance risk and reflects the former management's confidence in the business's future growth potential. This guarantee will help enhance the stability of operating results, build confidence among shareholders and investors, and support the Company's sustainable growth.
"These operating results reflect a period of transition in our operating structure, as we continue to focus on restoring the revenue base affected by legacy problems, realigning the portfolio toward high-potential businesses, building a business ecosystem, and delivering comprehensive technology solutions that meet every customer need through collaboration with strategic partners — in order to advance toward technology infrastructure and strengthen the foundation of our empire to grow sustainably, guided by principles of good governance, transparency, and auditability, to build the confidence of shareholders and all stakeholders over the long term," Ms. Watcharaporn added.
